Our Story

Born from a festival idea.

More than ten years ago, somewhere between loud music, crispy chicken and questionable decisions, an idea appeared:

What if crispy chicken skin became the wrapper instead of the filling?

I went home and made it.

It worked.

Then life got busy. The idea sat quietly in the background while I built a career, moved through different chapters of life and spent years telling myself I’d do something with it one day.

Skin ’n Roll is the result: crispy chicken, seasoned rice, Slovak comfort-food influences, and one ridiculous festival idea that refused to stay forgotten.

Not Sushi. Better.
